Have you finally reached the ultimate number of reps, and now your time is spent by training them month in and month out. Have you thought about using Aweber to automate your training. This has helped me with training my reps and has helped me see who is serious and who is not.

By automating your training you can see where there at and if they are stuck on any particular training video. Aweber will also send out reminders that they haven’t been to the training video and ask if they are stuck or need help. This will help to find out how your training is working, for instance if everyone flies through your first 3 video training series then on video 4 everyone stops and doesn’t finish or are taking a long time to finish you know there is a problem with training 4.

Then you can set up a webinar and go into more in depth training on that video to help everyone understand. Aweber will also help you when you have a webinar to invite only those who has finished there training. Aweber can send out invites and to those who haven’t finished the training you can send a letter that tells them they are missing tonights webinar because they havent finished their training. If they complete their training they then can get on the webinar later. This is a great help when trying to get your reps to finish their training.

Aweber has helped me automate my training, so if your looking to help stay in better contact with your reps and keep track of who is serious this is a great way to do it.

Remember all were trying to do is have them look at the presentation. When they answered yes above that kind of commits them to the presentation. If they say no then go back to the reason why they were looking and start over.

5. Just curious, what did you like about what you saw? Let them talk and after they tell you all the great things then say it sounds like your ready to sign up. This will increase your sign ups by 50% to many reps show a great presentation and never ask for the sale.

How would you like to get 25 voicemails everyday that are showing interest in your opportunity. After asking my team what they would like to hear more about, most of the responses were away to market locally and get there phone ringing. So here is the first of two Blogs that can help you market in your local community.

Everyone who is doing Internet marketing thinks that you can only market online. Why not take your business offline and into your local community and get your phones to ring. This is a great opportunity because there are very few people doing this so it limits your competition, and you would be surprised to find out how many people in your community are looking for a home based business that can help supplement or even replace their current income. Keep in mind this is a home based business, but bottom line it is still a business so market and promote your business like it was in a shopping center.

One of my favorite ways to market in the community is through Bandit Signs, you know like realators use for home sales. They are in expensive and you will get on average of 25 voicemails daily as long as they are placed in the proper locations. I like to use high volume intersections or on ramps to a freeway. keep in mind you place the signs out and they will last around 2 weeks do to either getting blown away by the weather or just picked up by the local clean up crew. i find that the best time to place the signs are on a Friday night that way you are guaranteed to have them be there through the weekend.

Another way some of my team does there’s is to place them on Friday nights and make a list of where they were placed so on Sunday night you can pick them back up. This will help with your signs lasting longer and not getting picked up after the weekend. Then the following Friday they repeat the same cycle. I prefer to place them and forget about them but to do that make sure you buy enough to get through the month. For instance if you want to place 25 a week purchase 100 signs to get you through the month and do this every month. You will be surprised at the results.

You can go to cheapsigns.com and get your signs or you can shop around, I like to use a local sign company that way after a month of buying the signs the staff starts to ask what you do for a living and it helps you get some prospects for your primary message. You want to make sure the message is short and get’s there attention to call the 800#. You can get your 800# through evoice.com or google voice for around $9 a month, don’t make the mistake of having them call your cell or office number. The 800# will help weed out those that are not serious. Make sure this goes directly to a voice mail so you can screen out those that are not interested. Your sign should say something like this

This will help weed out the people who don’t believe or not serious. Then your voice mail message will weed out more people who are skeptical. That way the 25 leads you get are serious when you call them.

Start looking at building your business with a local market, don’t pitch your product at the event just ask questions about their business. Then the next day follow up with them that you had meet them at the local event and didn’t have a chance to talk with them. ask them if they have a minute and ask them would you be open to a side project if it didn’t interfere with their current situation. You will be surprised how many people will tell you sure. This works for those who want to be aggressive in their local area, this works because no one is doing it. The response will be high and you can build your local team.

Another way is to place a contact information box out to collect business cards and draw a winner every week, give away a prize. Then call the rest of the leads and tell them they didn’t win the first prize but they did get the second prize which is a ebook that you can send to them. Don’t be afraid to use the phone, keep in mind your in a people business.

Here is what I call my mobile classified ad done with post its and placed in high traffic area. Take post its and stamp with a message like Superstars only make $50K-$300K. Don’t even call unless you are a producer and can prove it. Place a 100 a day and you will see a 30% call back. You then can send them to your video,website or if you do like I do I invite to a live event held in the area at a hotel conference room. I have one set up every week in a variety of areas. Again this is something that no one is doing.

Do yourself a favor and think outside the box and don’t be afraid to market offline. Drive around your area and make a list of all the realators in the area and call them and ask them Would you be open to a way to making an income that has nothing to do with real estate.

There are many more ways to market your business to the warm market offline and watch your business explode. Don’t be afraid to get the no’s in your business I love to get 20 no’s a day because I know this is a number’s game and the more no’s I get leads to yes.
